Aloo Kumroo Checki with Luchi

 Ingredients

    1) 3/4 Potato
    2)  250 gms Red pumkin
    3)  2/3 Green chillies
   4)  2 tbs white oil
   5) Salt
   6)1 tsp sugar
   7)  1/4 tbs of kalonji

   Method
  1) Peal the potato and slice them into small pieces. Do the same with the pumpkin. Wash them and let the water drain.
   2) Put the pan on stove and pour the oil. As the oil gets hot put in the kalonji and slit green chillies.
   3) Now put in the cut vegetables. Add salt and sugar.
   4) Stir a whole 1 min and pour 1 cup water. Cover it up and let it simmer till it is done.
  5) Open the cover and stir it till the water evaporates.
   6) As it done pour it a bowl.

     For Loochi 
    Ingrdients
     1) 250 gms of flour
     2)3tbs of oil
     3)Water to make dough
     4)1/2 cup of oil for frying


      Method
    1) Pour the  3tbs of oil into the flour and mix it nicely . Now pour water as required to make a tight dough.
   2)  Divide the dough into small portions. Roll them out into small  rounds
    3) Put the pan on stove and let the oil get hot. Now one at a time put the rolled out dough into the oil. Press  it with your laddle so that it swell up into round loochis.  Serve them  hot with the pumpkin vegetable  cooked .
